About the Owner

Sandy Rotter

Hi, My name is Sandy Rotter. For many years I have been dedicated to serving the senior and disabled community. While working in the brokerage industry after college I felt God calling me to leave that and spend my life serving others. While I didn't know exactly what I would be doing, I had the opportunity to go back to school and study social work while being home to raise my young daughter. My next job was in a retirement community. It was there that my love for senior adults was born and I knew I had found my calling.

While working at the retirement community I became acutely aware of the lack of quality care for seniors and I found that unacceptable. Not only do they deserve the best care possible, I knew I could provide them with the best care possible. This has been my guiding philosophy since opening Quality Of Life Senior Services nine years ago.

I don't hire massive amounts of staff or try to serve massive amounts of clients. I still personally provide client care right along with my staff not only because I love it but the only way to know each client's specific needs is to spend time taking care of them. I never send a caregiver anywhere without first training her to work with that specific client. I am blessed to have a small staff of ladies (and an occasional fella) who share my love for seniors and my commitment to providing them with the best possible care.

While I don't have a lot of spare time I spend most of it with my now grown daughter and my wonderful husband Jim. I love watching movies, researching genealogy and slowly redecorating my home.
